That is the reason why in order to start our process, the coffee beans are carefully selected to ensure that they comply with the appropriate characteristics of freshness, variety and maturation, among others.
Based on the size and type of grain, coffee beans are roasted following the highest standards in the market and doing it with passion. We always take care of our work to take advantage of the potential of the coffee bean.
The roasted grain is milled by brokenness or size according to its final destination and consumer demands. We pack it with the less amount of oxygen as possible to create a barrier to avoid contact with moisture and air. Our production chain focuses on taking care of the product, guaranteeing coffee freshness when it reaches its place of sale and consumption.
