  • 4 chuletas de borrego<\/li>\n
  • 2 tomate ri\u00f1\u00f3n medianos<\/li>\n
  • 1 cebolla perla grande<\/li>\n
  • Infusi\u00f3n de: an\u00eds estrellado, canela en rama, 2 clavos de olor, 2 pimientas de dulce<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cucharadita de achiote en pasta<\/li>\n
  • Sal<\/li>\n
  • 1 pizca de pimienta blanca<\/li>\n
  • Comino en polvo<\/li>\n
  • 2 dientes de ajo finamente picados<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd taza de jugo de naranjilla<\/li>\n
  • 1 cucharadita de az\u00facar morena<\/li>\n
  • Or\u00e9gano en hoja seco<\/li>\n
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cucharadita de az\u00facar<\/li>\n
  • 2 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc taza de caf\u00e9 Minerva Reserva tostado y molido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Dejar reposar la noche anterior en un recipiente de vidrio las chuletas adobadas con pimienta, comino, ajo y el jugo de naranjilla.<\/li>\n
    2. Dorar las chuletas en un poco de aceite y reservar.<\/li>\n
    3. Para la infusi\u00f3n: colocar una taza de agua a hervir, cuando empiece la ebullici\u00f3n a\u00f1adir la canela, el clavo de olor, an\u00eds y pimienta dulce; dejar reposar la infusi\u00f3n hasta que se reduzca a 3\/4, filtrar y reservar.<\/li>\n
    4. Realizar un refrito con la cebolla perla, tomate ri\u00f1\u00f3n, 2 hojas de laurel y cuando este cremoso, a\u00f1adir la infusi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
    5. Sazonar con sal, pimienta, comino, or\u00e9gano, pasta de tomate y caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    6. Colocar las chuletas y observar que la salsa se espese, rectificar con sal, pimienta y az\u00facar.<\/li>\n
    7. Servir caliente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
