Italian coffee mousse

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 125g sugar
  • 400g cream
  • ¾ cup of cold Minerva Coffee
  • 1 teaspoon fine orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons of cognac with hints of orange

Preparation

  1. Add the egg yolks with the sugar in a double boiler until a creamy mixture forms.
  2. Add the cups of cold Minerva coffee, the liqueur and the orange zest and stir.
  3. Mix the cream and egg whites until stiff.
  4. Once the creamy mixture has cooled, add the cream and egg whites until stiff.
  5. Pour into crystal glasses and serve.
