Pork ribs with coffee

Yields 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean, meatless pork ribs
- 1/4 cup Minerva roasted and ground coffee essence
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white flour
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar, Minerva roasted and ground coffee essence, minced garlic, brown sugar and pepper to taste.
- Once the mixture is ready, add the ribs and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Removing the ribs from the marinade
Heat the margarine in a frying pan and place the ribs in it to seal them. - Remove the ribs from the pan and set aside.
- In the frying pan add the white flour and little by little the previous pairing, until the consistency of a creamy sauce is achieved.
- Once the sauce is ready, add the ribs and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve hot.
