Pork ribs with coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean, meatless pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup Minerva roasted and ground coffee essence
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white flour
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, Minerva roasted and ground coffee essence, minced garlic, brown sugar and pepper to taste.
  2. Once the mixture is ready, add the ribs and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Removing the ribs from the marinade
    Heat the margarine in a frying pan and place the ribs in it to seal them.
  4. Remove the ribs from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the frying pan add the white flour and little by little the previous pairing, until the consistency of a creamy sauce is achieved.
  6. Once the sauce is ready, add the ribs and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
  7. Serve hot.
