Coffee punch
Give the Minerva touch to this preparation!
Ingredients
- 8 eggs (separate whites and yolks)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup of Minerva Especial roasted and ground coffee, cold and well charged.
- ¾ cup whipping cream
- ¾ cup bourbon whiskey
- Grated nutmeg and cinnamon (for garnish)
Preparation
- Beat the egg yolks until they are very thick.
- Once beaten, slowly add the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Add the Minerva special coffee and the bourbon whiskey gradually.
- Add¼ cup of heavy cream and the remaining cream should be reserved.
- Once this mixture is ready, let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix with the rest of the cream.
- Once the 30 minutes have elapsed, incorporate the two mixtures with wrapping movements.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Add a cinnamon stick for decoration.
