Coffee punch

Give the Minerva touch to this preparation!


  • 8 eggs (separate whites and yolks)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup of Minerva Especial roasted and ground coffee, cold and well charged.
  • ¾ cup whipping cream
  • ¾ cup bourbon whiskey
  • Grated nutmeg and cinnamon (for garnish)


  1. Beat the egg yolks until they are very thick.
  2. Once beaten, slowly add the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Add the Minerva special coffee and the bourbon whiskey gradually.
  4. Add¼ cup of heavy cream and the remaining cream should be reserved.
  5. Once this mixture is ready, let it stand for 30 minutes.
  6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix with the rest of the cream.
  7. Once the 30 minutes have elapsed, incorporate the two mixtures with wrapping movements.
  8. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  9. Add a cinnamon stick for decoration.
