Italian coffee mousse

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 125g sugar
- 400g cream
- ¾ cup of cold Minerva Coffee
- 1 teaspoon fine orange zest
- 3 tablespoons of cognac with hints of orange
Preparation
- Add the egg yolks with the sugar in a double boiler until a creamy mixture forms.
- Add the cups of cold Minerva coffee, the liqueur and the orange zest and stir.
- Mix the cream and egg whites until stiff.
- Once the creamy mixture has cooled, add the cream and egg whites until stiff.
- Pour into crystal glasses and serve.
