Cookies with coffee sprinkles

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons of Minerva Reserva coffee in broken beans
- 1 egg
Preparation
- Mix the sugar with the butter in a bowl.
- Then add the flour and start kneading.
- Add the egg and the broken Minerva Reserva coffee beans over the dough.
- Refrigerate the dough for 2 hours.
- After this time, remove it, form small balls and place on a tray.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes (in a preheated oven at 180°C), until the edges of the cookie are golden brown.
- Wait for the cookies to cool and serve.
