Cookies with coffee sprinkles

  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Minerva Reserva coffee in broken beans
  • 1 egg


  1. Mix the sugar with the butter in a bowl.
  2. Then add the flour and start kneading.
  3. Add the egg and the broken Minerva Reserva coffee beans over the dough.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for 2 hours.
  5. After this time, remove it, form small balls and place on a tray.
  6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes (in a preheated oven at 180°C), until the edges of the cookie are golden brown.
  7. Wait for the cookies to cool and serve.
