Mousse Minerva
Make it quick and easy with Café Minerva!
Yields 4 servings
Ingredients
- 250 gr of soft cheese
- 200 gr of milk cream
- 20 ml of Minerva Mi Esencia coffee essence
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- Whipped cream for decoration
Preparation
- Place the cheese, coffee essence, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
- Beat all the ingredients well until a very fine cream is obtained.
- Gently fold in the cream and egg whites until stiff.
- Pour the mixture into containers and refrigerate until set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and coffee beans, and serve.
