Mousse Minerva

Make it quick and easy with Café Minerva!

Yields 4 servings



  • 250 gr of soft cheese
  • 200 gr of milk cream
  • 20 ml of Minerva Mi Esencia coffee essence
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • Whipped cream for decoration


  1. Place the cheese, coffee essence, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
  2. Beat all the ingredients well until a very fine cream is obtained.
  3. Gently fold in the cream and egg whites until stiff.
  4. Pour the mixture into containers and refrigerate until set.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and coffee beans, and serve.
