Turkey in coffee sauce

Yields for 2 persons
Ingredients
- 300 g turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Minerva roasted & ground coffee dissolved in ½ cup of boiling water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- White pepper powder
- Salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 orange juice
- 1 pearl onion cut in small squares
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Preparation
- Take two breast fillets, marinate them with finely chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, mustard, orange juice and white pepper.
- Let stand in a glass container for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Stir-fry the pearl onion and turkey fillets until golden brown.
- Add coffee, soy sauce and honey.
Add salt and pepper to taste. - Remove from the heat when the sauce has thickened.
- Serve and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
